following points are of particular relevance in case of modify or cancel
a reservation you made :
Please
check the email confirmation we send to your account.
You will find a link and a iternity no. - click the
link - type in the given iternity no. and modify / cancel
on the appearing form your reservation. This is the only way to cancel
or to modify a reservation wich was done online. Due we have different
travel suppliers, we also have different cancellation policies depending
on the travel company wich contracted the hotels.
